Hello.

I’m an employee and it’s been almost 1 year since I first started studying English with AmigoTalk. Time past by so fast. It feels like just yesterday when I first started Smart English Talk and was waiting nervously for the call. I always thought that I should write a review but never got the chance to because of my laziness. So while I’m resting, I decided to write a few things. Haha.

My first phone talk was not from AmigoTalk, but from somewhere else. I changed to AmigoTalk when I got confidence and could express my thoughts a little. Now, I think I made a good choice changing to AmigoTalk.

I was amazed to see teachers with high quality, various curriculums, various study systems, etc… I don’t think you can find these in any other phone talk sites. Even when teachers changed because of their personal circumstances, all the teachers were putting a lot of effort in teaching me. I think I was able to keep studying English because of the systematic study systems.

I don’t know if I was lucky, but every time my teacher changed, I liked how everyone fit my personality. It could be stressful for the teachers when they have to change students because of their personal circumstances; students, too, feel bad and stressful when they change teachers after studying with them for many months. But the teachers all encouraged me and made it possible for me to study the way I wanted to. I think this is the strength that AmigoTalk possess. In other phone talk sites, they have teachers that are all in different skill levels, but in AmigoTalk the only problem about teachers is if the teacher fits you or not.

One of my disadvantages was having no perseverance, but while studying with AmigoTalk, I found a dream and it made it possible for me to keep studying to prepare for it. I am really thankful for this. There were a few things that, I thought, could’ve been better. One of them is the fact that you can change class hours but not the class dates, and that there are barely any events for the students. The events for the students are understandable, but I think it might be better if we could have class even in no class days to lessen extension canceling classes.

I’m probably going to keep studying with AmigoTalk, so I’ll say something for the friendly teachers that taught and helped me. AmigoTalk’s teachers are all friendly, but I’ve been studying with teacher Aizzy and teacher Richard for a long time. Because I have 2 classes and my personality pushes me to try new things, I have tried studying with many different teachers, but teacher Aizzy and teacher Richard fits my personality the best. I studied interview class with teacher Aizzy, but I’ve always been nervous in class because of the unimaginable questions and the many homework she gives me. Teacher Aizzy always did my feedbacks and corrections sincerely! I recommend teacher Aizzy for students who want elaborate classes.

You can tell that teacher Richard is friendly just by hearing his voice. At first I thought a male teacher would be uncomfortable, but he joked around and put in a lot of interest in me. It didn’t feel like studying, but like talking with a friend. He teaches a lot of commonly used English phrases and encourages the students to speak a lot. I liked how he applauded and encouraged me even when I stuttered and spoke weirdly. That’s why I always have a fun time studying with him. His encouragements push me to speak more and I always feel unwilling to end the class. I think he can be a good teacher for students that want a friend-like conversation teacher.

I got too carried on while writing. Haha. I heard that, these days, reviews are translated so that teachers can read them. Haha. Please translate it well! I think I need to wrap it up now. I hope everyone earns a lot and has a fun time with AmigoTalk~
