I would like to write about my feelings after taking lessons with Maria for a long time.
Although I had some breaks between my classes due to my personal circumstances, I’ve been continuing my classes with teacher Maria since the summer of 2023. Come to think of it, it’s been almost three years.
The main reason I started the class was to prepare for the CELPIP exam. Fortunately, I got the score I wanted early on. Even so,  I still attend the class to have opportunities to speak English and improve my speaking skills.
Honestly, Maria and I have become very comfortable sharing our ideas and thoughts. It’s not because I speak English well, but because she’s very good at understanding my imperfect English. She's always all ears and encourages me to express my ideas. I believe that she is truly an expert in communication skills.
When I was in the Daily English News course, I got tons of chances to share our thoughts on various topics. Nowadays, I’m in the Callan class, which is also very helpful for me. I also get a chance to practice speaking English sentences repeatedly without hesitation. It definitely helps me improve my pronunciation while making me familiar with useful and frequently used sentences.
All of this is thanks to Maria. I don’t want to take her dedication and commitment for granted at all.

Reading your message truly touched my heart. Thank you so much for taking the time to write something so thoughtful. It honestly made me smile and brought back so many wonderful memories of our classes.

When I look back on our journey since 2023, I can't believe how much we've shared. We started with Newsademic, discussing articles that challenged us to think beyond the words on the page. Then we moved on to Daily News, where our conversations became even more interesting as we talked about current events, science, history, society, and everyday life. After that came your CELPIP goal, and I was so happy when you achieved the score you wanted. But what made me even happier was that you decided to keep learning, not because you had to, but because you genuinely enjoy growing. That says so much about who you are.

Now you're doing the Callan Method, and it's been wonderful to watch another side of your English develop. Newsademic and Daily News helped you organize your thoughts and express your ideas, while Callan has helped you become even more fluent, spontaneous, and confident. Watching your progress through each stage has been one of the most rewarding parts of being your teacher.

You said that I understand your imperfect English, but I've always believed that communication isn't about perfect grammar or perfect words. It's about understanding the person behind them. My goal was simply to create a place where you could speak freely, make mistakes, ask questions, and never feel judged. Everything else came from you. Your consistency, curiosity, humility, and willingness to keep improving are what brought you to where you are today.

To be honest, I learned a lot from you too. Our conversations about current events, life, and different perspectives were never just lessons for me. I always looked forward to hearing your thoughts because you have a calm and thoughtful way of seeing the world. Teaching is supposed to be about helping students learn, but students like you remind me that teachers continue learning as well.

Thank you for trusting me with your English journey and, more importantly, for your friendship. It has meant more to me than you probably know. I'll always remember our classes with a smile. I have no doubt that you'll continue growing, both personally and professionally. Keep speaking English with confidence, stay curious, and never lose your love of learning. I know your English will continue to open new doors, but I hope it also continues to bring you meaningful conversations and wonderful people along the way.
